Pleasant and fairly clean place with really helpful staff. Nice pool, parking on-site. Downtown area, excellent and incredible location, so close to the bus station, bars and restaurants and the ruins and waterfalls. Minutes from Pakal and other tourist attractions.

I had pleasant 3-night stay here! I liked good restaurant. The location was convenient - ease of access to Pakal. Btw, went to city centre, located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The hotel was so close to the city centre, restaurant and the collectivo to the ruins thanks to its nice location. The staff were competent and caring lot of the time.

The room was air conditioned and modern, it had a private safe, an iron, and a TV set.

Early check-in, parking onsite. Good to have a water cooler in the reception.

the location a short walk to city centre was magnificent. aeropuerto de palenque airport was hardly 5 minutes away by car.

Fairly clean, good budget hotel, I truly enjoyed reasonably large rooms and knowledgeable staff. The property's position was excellent and fantastic next to bars and restaurants. By the way, parks and a rainforest were next to the place. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, climate control, an individual safe, and flat-screen television.

The place was clean with a very friendly staff. Reasonably large and huge rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. A lot of exceptionally good breakfast items to choose from. Early check-in, late check-out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable, making for a pleasant night's sleep. The hotel offered a hot coffee in the morning which was a nice touch. the hotel had a drinking water machine in the lobby, which was convenient and saved us from having to buy bottled water.

The wifi was slow and patchy, which was frustrating at times. the pool was not well-maintained and had a lot of dead bugs and leaves, making it less appealing to swim in.

It was pleasant time in Palenque. The hotel was wonderful little and modern and the food was cheap. The staff were professional and knew their area.
